Heating
On those cold wet days your heating system works to comfort you. Make sure that it is always in tip top shape and ready to warm you by getting a regular maintenance service. We recommend at least once a year. Most modern boilers, Conventional or Combi contain several sensors and circuit boards. The heat generated by your furnace is not always kind to them being they are in such close proximity to a high heat source. Typically your sensors will fail before the main components of the boiler will. Gas furnaces will produce by products of combustion which over time may impair the efficiency of your system.
A regular yearly inspection (while cannot guarantee) can prevent a breakdown of your heating and hot water system during peak seasons of use where it can become costly to get an engineer out
